Rib contest….

I forgot that I would tell you which rib recipe was best….For ease of preparation, I have to give the nod to the barbecue sauce/crushed pineapple ribs. You just mix the stuff together and put it over the ribs, and cook in the oven for a couple of hours. Easy!
The dry rub ribs were also good, but it does take a while to mix all the spices together(though it makes a lot so you keep it in the frig until next time), and then coat the ribs in it. Not as quick , but they were tasty, and you still need a dipping sauce of some sort.
